DECLARATION 16:  "I choose to get paid based on my results."

According to Harv:

Wealth File number 11:  "Rich people choose to get paid based on results. Poor people choose to get paid based on time...but time is limited." T. Harv Eker states that if you choose to get paid for your time, you are sabotaging your possibility of wealth because there is only so much time in a day. Do not expect to get rich in a personal service business. Nor will you ever get rich making a straight salary from someone else. The vast majority of millionaires got rich by owning their own businesses.

Professionally:  Today's work ethic has changed drastically from a decade ago. I am old-school and believe income should be result-driven. Working smart and diligently should prove to be more valuable than someone lazily performing bare-minimum tasks. I do not believe everything should be equal just so as not to "offend" someone. When someone takes the time to acquire valuable education and utilizes this wisdom for a business endeavor, he/she deserves a financially equivalent outcome. This is the basis of success and what free enterprise is all about. Regarding being paid based on time from a salary or service-driven business, these forms of income are admirable and respectable. Using a portion to invest in assets or passive income would be a wise way to build wealth. Perhaps invest in real estate, dividend-paying stocks, storage rentals, tax liens, or even silver. These are just some examples of potential investment opportunities that could be utilized to grow wealth.

Personally:  I believe in great effort and performance in everything we do, whether it's family/friend relationships, business, home projects, volunteering, raising a family, or listening to someone lonely. When we give the best of ourselves, the positive energy is expended and permeates around us, possibly leading to other favorable outcomes. Knowledge does lead to power and power to confidence. Having confidence in what we do also submits positive and productive energy. This opens our minds to more creative and lucrative thoughts and often results in fruitful outcomes.

Spiritually:  When our body exudes positive energy, it is proven to work much more efficiently. In a pleasant environment, people foster positivity, high productivity, happiness, and joy. It is, therefore, important to cultivate a positive mindset. And "One positive thought produces millions of positive vibrations," says John Coltrane. And positive vibrations are linked to health, happiness, and abundance.
